Boating and Fishing
We're known for great fishing. Sand Lake is home to many fish, including Walleye, Northern Pike, Large and Small Mouth Bass, Jumbo Perch, Crappies and many pan fish. For your convenience, each of our cabins includes dock space for your fishing boat. You are welcome to bring your own boat, or rent one of ours. We also have several kayaks and a paddle boat for complimentary use.

Swimming Beach
Relax and enjoy swimming or sunbathing on our private, sandy beach. Our swimming area is weed-free with a nice sandy bottom. Don't forget to bring beach towels and plenty of sunscreen. Feel free to bring your own beach lounge chairs, or use ours.
Playground
Kids will have fun exploring our playground area which includes swings, several slides and a sandbox.
Horseshoe and Volleyball
Enjoy a pickup game of volleyball with other resort guests or challenge your cabin mates to a game of horseshoes. Volleyballs and horseshoes are available free of charge.
Hiking
The Chippewa National Forest is great for hiking. Many of its lovely trails can be accessed right from our resort. Trail maps are included in your cabin and we are happy to recommend some of our favorite hikes and picnic spots along the way.
Game Room
If you like vintage arcade games, look no further. Our game room features classic pinball as well as as some favorite video games from the past. See if you can beat Tom's high scores! We also have a selection of jigsaw puzzles and books for you to enjoy at your leisure.
